At Aquatics by Armando because most pool problems are invisible until they aren't. Neglect is easy; prevention is a skill. I teach certification and systems consultation to the people who want to stop chasing problems and start understanding it. I offer the fundamentals you need to pass the exam and the advanced diagnostics you need when the manual doesn't cover the problem. I do this in person, where I can see what you're doing, and online, because the work doesn't stop when I'm not in the room.

"With a career spanning four decades in the aquatic industry, Armando Esparza is a premier consultant specializing in professional certification, facility safety, and regulatory compliance. Since 1984, Armando has progressed from retail operations to managing large-scale service departments across California, eventually establishing his own consultancy in 2013. A published author with two works in the Library of Congress, Armando has become a trusted architect of safety for institutional aquatic facilities. His reach is extensive, having certified employees for dozens of municipalities—including Sacramento, Oakland, and San Diego—as well as providing specialized training for the University of California system, Cal-State universities, and Stanford University. By blending deep field experience with a commitment to academic precision, Armando helps organizations move beyond mere compliance to achieve true operational excellence and safety."
