The meeting room will need to be available for too consecutive days from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. both days.
The host will need to provide coffee and water for all in attendance of the meeting.
The meeting room needs to be setup classroom style with adequate seating for a minimum of twenty students.
Parking at the facility needs to be in proximity to the meeting room.
Parking most be able to accommodate at least 20 cars for those in attendance of the meeting.
